Meet Your REALTOR® Julie Snider
Hi, I’m Julie! Choosing the right REALTOR® is key to the success of your real estate journey, which is why before I share my experience, I want you to know a little bit about me—the person behind the title. It’s up to you to choose your REALTOR® , and I want you to know who you’re choosing so you’re confident we’ll make the perfect team.
I grew up on a 20-acre farm with horses and a house full of love that included my parents, older sister, and younger brother. Still today, I love to ride horses and own a mini horse named Cooper along with a corgi and cat. What can I say? I love animals as much as I love people. I actually have a BS in animal bioscience and worked for the University of Pittsburgh in biomedical research for seven years before transitioning into real estate. It was here that I learned to perform under pressure and solve complex problems, and that knowledge still serves me today. Family is super important to me and when I’m not spending time with my husband and two little boys, you can find me coaching the PA freestyle team, skiing, or playing racquet sports.
Hundreds of Transactions and a Top Ten Ranking
Since 2011, I’ve managed hundreds of real estate transactions and been ranked a top ten REALTOR® at a larger firm. Now, I’ve transitioned into a boutique firm that helps me give my clients an extra measure of warm, personable, and hands-on service.
I’ve helped everyone from first time home-buyers to sellers transitioning into assisted living homes to investors buying multi-dwelling units. I’ve sold land and property ranging from $26,000 to over $1 million. I have designations as both an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and love helping people through comprehensive services that leave nothing out.
